Overview
The application systems that support Facility Association’s business model have been in place for the life of the business they support, with very little enhancement and with negligible technology upgrades. They are inflexible, making it impossible to respond in a timely fashion to new business needs.
The main objectives of the FA Modernization Program are to develop and deploy a more flexible and scalable system that will enable Facility Association to:
- Reduce operational risks associated with relying on current, obsolete systems and hardware
- Stabilize operating costs
- Implement more stringent audit controls
- Respond in a more cost effective and timely manner to business changes
- Perform statistical and actuarial data analysis in a timely and effective manner, providing information for timely decision making
