Successful Implementation for the NEW Risk Sharing Pool application!- November 29, 2008

The new Risk Sharing Pool (RSP) Data Submission, Correction and Reporting application was successfully transitioned into production in November 2008. 

The new RSP system provides Facility Association Members enhanced capabilities for data submission, validation, and correction.   It provides faster data processing turnaround and allows companies to validate their data submissions in the new system within hours.  This processing turnaround improvement replaces the previous weekly editing cycle process.  Enhanced information about member RSP submissions and transactional data is now at the users fingertips through numerous reports and newly introduced data search and download capabilities.  Downloaded information can be imported into variety of user choice of analysis applications, Excel, Access, etc, allowing for advanced analysis and reconciliation capabilities.   Furthermore, the new RSP application allows Facility Association Members to query and access their historic master file information online leading to more accurate data submission and fewer overall errors. 

The new Risk Sharing Pool Data Submission, Correction and Reporting application is an important step forward in Facility Association IT Modernization program and greatly improves and Facility Association and its member company’s capabilities to operate and administer the various Risk Sharing Pools.
