The protection of individual privacy is a Facility Association
priority and applies to both:
- Information that Facility Association collects directly from
individuals; and
- Information under Facility Association's custody which was
reported to Facility Association by various insurance entities –
insurers, brokers/agents, and others.
Therefore, Facility Association has adopted a comprehensive
management plan that addresses all aspects of information privacy and
security, from accountability, to authorization, data collection, usage
and disclosure.

Where links to other Web pages are provided, Facility Association is not
responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites.
Web Site Usage Data
Facility Association automatically collects Internet Protocol (IP)
addresses and website usage information on all visitors to the website.
This information helps in analyzing the traffic and refining and
optimizing the site design. This information is not disclosed outside
Facility Association.
Internet Cookies
Cookies are not generally used by Facility Association. However, if you
subscribe to any Facility Association services, cookies are used as part
of the process to log onto the site, verify identity and maintain
security.
Lists
Facility Association does not sell, give or trade its contact lists.
